Abstract:    This study explores the impacts & roles of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for changing digital marketing strategies. AI is the powerhouse of digital transformation, including in digital marketing (DM). According to the vision of digital Bangladesh, all the processes are being transformed from manual to digital, and where AI will play a key role. The people of Bangladesh depend more on technology, and they are trying to adapt technology to their day-to-day activities. The process of marketing and buying goods and services for consumers has radically changed, and a huge number of consumers or customers are using digitalized methods for consuming their necessary goods and services. The main objective of this study is to find out the major applications of AI in the DM process and to use AI to create new ways of marketing in Bangladesh. The nature of the study is conceptual. The study uses sources of secondary data, including books, personal sources, journals, newspapers, websites, government records, etc., for visualizing and developing models. The study develops a model of AI applications for DM in Bangladesh. The study finds out the relationship between AI and DM and how AI is being applied in various digital markets in Bangladesh. The study also found that AI's technology is being applied to DM by various companies in Bangladesh. The study suggests some potential modes and methods of DM that will be easier to use with AI in Bangladesh. The study tested AI’s application for DM based on a proposed model of AI and DM. Finally, the study suggests some essential methods and modes for applying Al in future DM at Bangladesh.
