Q: Which one is last date for paper/article submission?  
A:  Submissions are open on all days,  received paper/article manuscript will be considered as per submission day/date :-  ( Current Issue /  Next Issue )

  • Date:-  1st to 15th  –  current month issue consideration with  regular   OR  fast track mode in the current month issue.
  • from 16th to 25th  –  with  fast track mode in the current month issue  OR   with the regular mode in the next month issue.  
  • from 26th  to  31st  –   with  fast track mode in the next issue  OR  with the regular mode in the next issue.  

Q: How can I submit my paper/article?
A: First visit our  –  Author Guidelines  OR  Submission Guidelines page.

  • Download Journal – Submission Template  – prepare your full paper/article in it with proper setup.  (As per Author Guidelines > Manuscript File Format )
  • Its Compulsory to submit into Journal – Submission Template ,   Improper submission will be promptly rejected.

Q: Where can I find Manuscript (paper template), Copyright Agreement and Conflict Declaration Form? 
A: Manuscript submission Template and all forms are available on page: –  Menus for Author /  Guidelines for authors.

Q: When will I receive an acknowledgment email for my submission?
A: Submissions are normally acknowledged within 24 to 36 hrs.

Q: How long does it take for paper review process? 
A: Journal normally takes 5 to 10 days for the regular review process  &   3 to 5 days for the fast track mode review process.

Q: How long does it take for paper/ article publication?
A: Regular publication – next month issue  – last day of month,    Fast Track mode – within  7 days.

Q: How many pages / words can be in the paper / article file? 
A: Normal fee mentioned on our website is  for manuscript files up to 4000 words  or  8 pages,    But authors can submit –  file  up to    15000 words   or  30 pages.  Charge will be extra for above limit files.

Q: How to check plagiarism in paper / article? 
A: Authors can check plagiarism on page :     https://ijrcs.org/plagiarism-checker/

Q: What to do after receiving mail of Acceptance of paper?
A: After Acceptance of Paper Author must complete the process to fill up :  Copyright Agreement Form  & to pay processing charge within 3-4 days and send both as scanned PDF copy to the Editor email.  Undertaking From and Conflict of interest declaration form are also need to fill up if required.

Q: How to deposit processing charge?
A:  Authors have to pay Directly into our given account number. (Take screen shot/photocopy of transaction)

Q: How much do I have to pay for processing charge? 
A: Fee/Charge for Accepted Papers will be given in acceptance email and also mentioned on Processing Charge page.  (Below to Author Guidelines /  Menus for Author)

Q: How to fill up Copyright Form and No Conflict Form? 
A: Author have to take print of forms and fill up manually handwritten with due sign, then take its scan copy as PDF, then submit with other documents.

Q: Do Journal provide Digital ID  OR Digital Object Identification?  
A: Yes,  Journal provide Digital Object Identification DOIs to each published paper/article.

Q: Can a published paper/article be withdrawn ? 
A: Yes,  Check  Journal – Withdrawal Policy page.

Q: Is IJRCS approved as per UGC regulations on minimum qualifications for appointment of teachers and other academic staff in universities and colleges?                                                                  A:  Yes    (see below details)
