This study investigates the structural differences between traditional marketing and internet marketing. Through a detailed literature review and empirical analysis of business cases across various industries, we examine how the classic 4Ps marketing framework has evolved into the 8Ps model in the digital era. The research explores the strategic, operational, and customer engagement dimensions of both approaches. Our findings reveal that internet marketing’s extended framework — including precision targeting, personalized content, diversified payment methods, and push-pull communication strategies — offers superior flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs, but also introduces new challenges related to privacy, technology adoption, and market competition.
