The rise of digital technology has transformed the landscape of storytelling, giving birth to what is known as "digital narratives." These narratives, facilitated by the internet, social media, and multimedia tools, have expanded the possibilities for how stories are told, shared, and experienced. This article explores the impact of technology on contemporary storytelling, examining the evolution of narrative forms, the integration of interactivity, and the implications for authorial control and audience engagement. Through a literature review and a discussion of key trends, the article highlights how digital narratives are reshaping our understanding of stories in the digital age.
